Good Day to you my friends! No you're not hallucinating, I am going you your movie review early because frankly I just couldn't wait until Tuesday night to see the movie I am reviewing. Funny thing about anticipation, it builds and builds until the day finally comes when the waiting is finally over. In that moment you can either find out your excitement was warranted and it was everything you expected and more! or it could totally be okay and a bit of a let down. Lets face it we all have been there, especially when it comes to big release movies that have been giving so much hype and building up the anticipation for us drawing us into the theatre to see it. Well as summer movie season is now upon us we have a few movie franchises that have been building our anticipation and excitement. Are they all going to be great movies from what are seeing in the trailers. Only time will tell as we wait to finally view them. But those are reviews for another date, because from the looks of it this is going to be one interesting summer. So as you can tell from other reviews I have been writing in the past few weeks I have been mentioning the movie you are about to read with great excitement. You know they always say that you save the best for last, but it has been already said that in the MCU that this movie is not the last! There are still plenty more to come and also the followup next year to this weeks movie review Avengers:Infinity War. Yes my friends 10 years and 18 movies later have brought us to what Disney and Marvel Studios have been building to. The first movie in this two part epic comic book movie kicked off this past weekend worldwide to let everyone see it at the same time and avoid spoilers. But have also asked fans and movie goers to not give any spoilers away online so that others can enjoy the movie without someone giving it away and ruining it for others with the hashtag Thanos demands your silence. Never before has a movie been so anticipated and been made on such a grand scale with so many main characters and big name actors and actresses. With a cast list of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Ironman, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk,Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America, Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange,Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spiderman,Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa/Black Panther, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Tom Hiddleston as Loki,Paul Bettany as Vision, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlett Witch, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/ Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/ Winter Soldier. Benedict Wong as Wong, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Dave Bautista as Drax, Vin Diesel voicing Groot, Bradley Cooper voicing Rocket,Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Peter Dinklage as Eitri, Benicio Del Toro as The Collector, Josh Brolin as Thanos and Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/ Star Lord. Now that is quite the impressive cast list for a movie. With this movie it looks like Disney and Marvel are swinging for the fences here. And to make this grand movie they enlisted the help of screenwriting duo Christopher Markus and Steven McFeeley who wrote all three Captain America movies and Thor The Dark World. They also gave the task of directing this movie to brothers Joe and Anthony Russo who had success for them with Captain America:Winter Soldier and Civil War. So let us take a spoiler free look at what this movie is about! Which my synopsis will be a bit shorter than others friends, sorry but I am not ruining it for others and taking away from the experience of seeing it first hand. So let us see if Avengers: Infinity War is worth all the hype of just another let down.
A story line that has been building over the years and when the fist Avengers movie came out in 2012 we were first introduced to the Tesseract and to the big bad Thanos(Brolin). He made a few appearances in other Marvel movies peaking our interest for when a showdown would happen with him and all our heroes we have been introduced to. Well the wait is over! And as we had been teased in trailers and at the end of Thor:Ragnarok he has come to collect all the Infinity Stones to enforce his twisted and cruel will on all of existence. The Mad Titan as he is known needs all six stones the space,reality,power,soul,time and mind that had been scattered across the Galaxy to place in his Infinity Gauntlet that he wears. If he succeeds in collecting all six stones he would become the most powerful being in the galaxy and would be able to destroy an entire civilization or existence with a snap of his fingers. With the help of his adopted children known as the Black Order he searches out the stones with two of the stones the time and mind stone being held on earth. Standing in his way are our heroes fighting to stop Thanos from achieving his ultimate goal. Fighting on two separate fronts one on Earth in Wakanda is Captain America, Black Panther and his people, Hulk,Black Widow, Vision, Falcon,War Machine, Scarlett Witch, Winter Soldier along with Thor,Rocket and Groot to protect the mind stone. On another front on Thanos' home planet of Titan Tony Stark aka Iron man fights with Peter Quill aka Star lord and the rest of the Guardians Of The Galaxy along with Spiderman and Dr. Strange to protect the time stone.
Now that is as much as I am going to tell you as to not give away any great details or spoilers to comply as well with what all involved with this movie asked and because i also feel it is right and time for us not to give away to much so others can enjoy a movie without internet trolls going away movie details and ruining it for others. I know from what I read it still would make me want to see it! Now I have only one thing to say here in my review on Avengers: Infinity War and that is that this movie is and pardon my language here So Amazingly, Fucking Awesome! This was one of those times that a movie exceeded expectations on what we thought it was going to be! It had a more dark overtone to the story here but it worked well. Josh Brolin as Thanos was quite possibly the best I've seen in a MCU villain who was both dark and evil. He was everything you expected in a villain and more! This story was fantastically written leaving you in awe and masterfully brought to life by the actors and the Russo brothers. With the dark overtone you were still given some laughs but it also gave you the big action you are expecting and also mad you tear up too! In short I would have to say that Disney and Marvel along with all involved in making this movie knocked it so far out of the park they sent it into another galaxy! That is why I am giving this movie a 9.3 on The Justin Scale Of Movies! The highest I have ever given a summer movie and a superhero movie! With that score it definitely gets put on my Pick-It List Of Movies to see in the theatre. Hell I'm going to see it again it was so great! It just leaves you in awe and must be experienced on the big screen! And again I am going to implore you all to support going to the movies at the theatre and getting the big screen experience. Downloading or Netflix just can't compete with something this spectacular. There are not enough words to describe just how fantastic this movie is!
